Edgardo Cerruti comes from a decennial experience in Siena where Biale Cerruti Art Gallery has risen. Many expositions have taken place in this seat. Some significant examples are Arman's, of Ugo Nespolo's, Mark Kostabi's solo exhibitions, and the exposition “Il cavallo nell’arte” (“The horse in art”), which showed names as Picasso and Marino Marini, to include also contemporary authors. Cerruti Arte, born recently, aspires to compare art of XX century with new proposes suggested by contemporarity.
In this context, and in a continuous and stimulating comparison of styles and languages, are presented works of artists as Arman, Salvo, Virgilio Guidi, Pablo Atchugarry, Franco Fienga, Bruno Lucchi, Pier Paolo Koss and Rino Valido. Moreover, the gallery turns a particular attention to abstract art of the second half of ‘900.
